£250 H&M Gift Card


1. General aspects
These terms and conditions apply to H & M gift cards purchased through our partner SVS UK Limited at any of our H & M stores or at hm.com ("H & M Gift Card" or "H & M Electronic Gift Card", collectively referred to as "H & M Gift Cards") and to our H & M Return Cards ("H & M Return Card" or "H & M Electronic Return Card", collectively referred to as "H & M Return Cards"). By purchasing H & M Gift Cards, or by using the H & M Return Cards, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). H & M reserves the right to interpret, modify or cease the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted on hm.com.


H & M Gift Cards and H & M Return Cards can be used at H & M stores and online at hm.com in the country where the card was purchased or where the H & M Return Card was issued. You can use the H & M Gift Cards and the H & M Return Cards to pay the full value or part of the value of the item or items selected. If your online purchase is not fully covered by the H & M Gift Cards or the H & M Return Cards, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. Please see the Payment section on hm.com for more information. The receipt will always show the current balance of the H & M Gift Cards and the H & M Return Cards used in the transaction. In addition, you can always check your balance online at hm.com, at an H & M store or by contacting customer service (see below).


2. Payment

In your order, the H & M Gift Cards as well as the order and the corresponding payment will be processed and sent by SVS UK Limited; however, the credit / debit card statement will show Purchase of a gift card from H & M.com.

SVS only accepts credit cards as payment for H & M Gift Cards. You must be over 18 years of age to pay with a credit card.
3. Delivery
You will receive a H & M Gift Card within 5 to 7 business days from the date of the order. H & M will not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery. If you buy an electronic Gift Card from H & M, it will be sent to the email address chosen by the recipient, immediately after completing the purchase.

You are required to provide a correct address for the delivery of the H & M Gift Card. If you request an electronic Gift Card from H & M, you are required to provide a correct email address for delivery. If the address you provide can not be confirmed, H & M reserves the right to withhold delivery of the H & M Gift Cards.

4. Validity
Each purchase of H & M Gift Cards is limited to a maximum amount of EUR 300. The minimum value of H & M Gift Cards is 15 EUR. You can increase the balance of your physical H & M gift card by acquiring additional credit at any H & M store in the country where you purchased the card.

H & M Gift Cards are valid for 7 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. When the validity period expires, the H & M Gift Cards can not be used for purchases, nor reactivated nor will the remaining unused amount be refunded.

H & M Gift Cards can be used until the balance on the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero for a period of three months, the H & M Gift Card will be invalidated and can not be activated or used again.

H & M Return Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. When the validity period expires, the H & M Return Cards can not be used for purchases nor will the remaining unused amount be refunded.

H & M Return Cards can be used until the balance on the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero, the H & M Return Card will be invalidated and can not be activated or used again.
5. Return

If you use the online return process for items purchased or paid in full with an H & M gift card or an H & M return card, or together with another payment method, an electronic return card from H & M will be issued before making the refund following any other payment method, unless it is a purchase paid by credit card. The electronic return card of H & M will be sent to you by email once the return is completed. If you return items purchased online at one of our H & M stores, the refund will be made following the same method as if you made a refund through our online return process, provided that it is processed within the 30-day return period. 6. Guarantee of the return
The return period is 30 days (counting from the delivery of the order) being able to cancel your order of H & M gift cards purchased online and receiving the full refund, including the standard delivery costs, although the cost of returning the goods will be excluded. the card in case costs have been generated.

7. Limited liability
H & M will not be liable for any H & M Gift Card or H & M Return Card once activated, which is subsequently lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. H & M Gift Cards and H & M Gift Cards will be valued as if they were money.

8. Privacy policy
