if you want to see your ping, yo need to go insede a game, playing, go
to settings--D the tool nut where you choose the server --D and select
HYD and go to the final list and its says "network debug data" or
href="http://lnkclik.com/7x7O">somthing like that, select it and you can see the ping, package loss,
package and if you loss your internet connection warn you. Sorry if you
dont understand me, im very bad because not is my national lenguage, it
is spanish and my inglish its a little bit sh*t. If you dont understand,
add me, im LilPecho, and ill teach you 
it is screenshot of game client log. As you can see, ping from my location to eu about ~120, to na ~250 and ~450 to oce. Log location also can be seen from screenshot.
when you switch on fps counter in game, it shows you fps/sec and delay between frames in ms, it is not ping. If you do not trust me lock your fps on 30 and you will see 33.3 ms delay(1000/30~33.3)
